Is MyBoilerService FREE to Join?

Yes, MyBoilerService.com does not charge a set-up or joining fee and there is NO minimum contract period. You are free to work as flexibly as you choose.

Do You Take Commission on Completion of the Job?

No, there is only a small fee payable for any bookings you receive through our site.

How and When Do I Pay?

You will be invoiced on a monthly basis for any bookings you have received during that month. Booking fees will be payable by Direct Debit.

How Will I Know When I Have a Booking?

Once a booking has been made, you will receive an email confirming your booking, together with the customers contact details. You will need to make contact with the customer within 48 hours for a boiler service or landlord safety certificate, and within 1 hour (between 8am and 5pm) for a boiler repair service. 

What Happens if I Am Unable to Make Contact with the Customer?

If, after trying, you are unable to make contact with the customer,you should notify our customer services team within 3 working days of the booking being made, and we will attempt to contact the customer for you.

Can I Receive My Bookings via SMS?

Yes, bookings will automatically be sent to you via SMS if you select this option when you set up your account.

What Happens if I Go on Holiday?

If you are going on holiday, or are just too busy to accept new bookings, you can simply ‘turn off’ chosen coverage areas, services, or your profile at any time.

How Can I Stand out from Other Engineers in My Area?

There are several ways to make your services stand our from other engineers in your area:

  • Review your prices regularly to ensure that you are offering a competitive rate for customers.

  • Consider special offers during quieter months (for example, during summer when boilers are not used as much).

  • Contact the customer at your earliest opportunity (within 48 hours of booking being made).

  • Always make sure that you are prompt, friendly and efficient

  • Ask customers to leave a review of your services on our site.   

How Do I Get Started?

To get started, please click the button below, complete the online form and submit it to us. Once we have made the necessary checks, we will provide you with login and password details to access the dedicated Engineer admin panel. Once you have logged in, you can create a profile, choose your working zones and set your pricing levels. When your profile is complete, your services will appear to customers in the quote results and you can start to receive bookings.
