Once you have booked your service you will receive an email from MyBoilerService.com confirming your booking, together with the engineers name and contact details. The engineer will contact you within two working days if you have booked a service or landlord safety certificate, or within 1 hour (8am to 5pm) if you have requested a boiler repair, to confirm your booking and arrange a convenient time to complete the work.
The engineer that you have chosen to carry out the work will contact you by telephone.
By law, anyone carrying out a service or repair on a gas boiler, oil boiler or AGA in the United Kingdom, Isle of Man or Guernsey, must be registered on either the Gas Safe or the OFTEC register. MyBoilerService.com only works with qualified, registered Gas Safe or OFTEC engineers. We track and verify the registration number of every one of our engineers to ensure that you receive a reliable, qualified, engineer, every time you book through us.
